Join us for a peaceful excursion through Wissahickon Valley Park!
The day begins at 9:30am with a yoga warm up and mindfulness practice followed by a 3.5 mile hike along the white trail, orange trail and forbidden drive. We’ll end our excursion with a yoga/stretch cool down and a closing meditation.
Sunshine Hike include:
20 min yoga & mindfulness practice taught by 250-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher
Yoga mats
Guided hike ranging from 2-8 miles
Snacks & stretch breaks throughout the hike
20 min vinyasa cool down
